Presently he enriches the students as a professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. This reputed institute is affiliated to Pune University. Indian Pharmacopoeia Committee had him as a member of its working group from the year, 1994 to 2001.

In the current time, he is an active member of Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, D. Y. University from September of the year 2012 till date.
